Orders & Shipping

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, with the exception of public US holidays. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped as soon as we can. Our standard processing/fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon your order is fulfilled. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing and you may receive multiple tracking numbers. Please allow up to 2 business days from dispatch for your tracking number to update. Due to COVID-19 some tracking numbers may take up to 7 days for tracking to update. 

We want to get you your order ASAP and are doing all that we can! However, due to COVID-19, order processing delays may occur and we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. We thank you for your support and patience!

International destinations outside of the US are likely to experience delays in customs processing and delivery. For more information see below.

The following countries are experiencing scanning issues and some have suspended written proof of delivery. Please monitor your tracking, and reach out to your local carrier for more information as scanning information may not be up-to-date due to carrier pass off.

Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, The Netherlands, Lithuania, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore.

China delays:

China Post advises that to prevent further transmission of COVID-19, the processing of inbound mail is temporarily affected at Shanghai, Changchun, Beijing, and Yanji mail processing centers until further notice. Inbound mail received by these offices of exchange cannot be processed or transported to sorting centers/delivery offices. Parcels are being held in isolation for a period of 4 to 11 days prior to processing. This is causing severe delays processing, transiting, and delivery of inbound mail, as well as updating of electronic messages and responses to online customer inquiries.

Jamaica delays:

Jamaica Post has advised that due to ongoing IT issues, they are currently experiencing delays in the delivery of mail and parcels to Jamaica. Delays of 7 to 10 days should be anticipated.

New Zealand delays:

We have been advised that due to ongoing limited air transportation, USPS is limiting the acceptance of parcels to New Zealand until further notice. While parcels are still being accepted and processed, delays of 2 to 4 weeks should be expected.

Canada delays:

The LA ISC is experiencing a severe backlog of parcels. These delays are slowly beginning to clear but are causing export delays on packages routed through the LA ISC, especially to Canada. This has led to delivery delays past the original estimated delivery date.

Italy delays:

We have been advised by Poste Italiane that Postal employees in Ancona and Veneto plan to strike on April 15th and 16th. The strike has been called due to staff shortages and deteriorating working conditions. Delays in postal services to Italy should be anticipated.

Athens delays:

We have been advised that due to a proclaimed 24-hour strike on Wednesday 06 April 2022 of major labor unions and planned protest in the center of Athens, delays in delivery and collection of shipments in central Athens area will be expected.

Peru delays:

Peru Post advises that freight carriers began a national strike on April 4 and the government declared a state of social immobilization on April 5, which will result in delays in processing of mail items.

Thailand delays:

We have been advised that the government has extended by two months a nationwide state of emergency because of the COVID-19 pandemic, effective through May 31. This may have impacts on mail processing for international inbound and outbound items and on agreed service delivery standards. The post is therefore unable to guarantee compliance with agreed standards.

Australia delays:

We have received reports of severe flooding, particularly in the area of Queensland, which are causing hazardous transportation conditions. Storms are forecasted to continue through the end of the week. Delays should be anticipated.

Spain delays:

Spain’s post advises that a transport stoppage has been affecting the movement of mail since March 14. There also may be some delays on mainland road routes and mixed routes (road and ship) to the Canary and Balearic islands.

Bulgaria delays:

We have been advised of a Cargo Transportation strike in Bulgaria, which is impacting transit times. Workers have set up road blockades in several cities to protest rising fuel costs and adverse working conditions. Additional road blocks and transportation delays are likely until the strike ends on May 18th, 2022.

The following countries/territories will not be able to place an order due to suspensions on incoming postage:

Afghanistan, Angola, Ascension Island, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, French Polynesia, Laos, Libya, Mayotte, Mongolia, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Sint Maarten, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Sudan, Timor-Leste, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Yemen

  • Orders shipped via Passport Standard (Duties May Apply) are charged a flat rate of $20.
  • Orders shipped via Passport Priority (Duties Paid) are charged based on weight and value of goods, rate will vary.

Please note, carriers can change at any time. All international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. Unfortunately, Teddy Fresh has no control over this and are not responsible for these additional fees.

All outgoing international packages are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California. We ask that you allow additional time for International packages to arrive.

Receiving countries may not have all shipping options available. All available shipping options will be presented to you when selecting shipping at your time of purchase. If an option is not available to you when making your selection we are unable to manually add it. We ask that you please choose the available options. 

Orders shipped to the EU: To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the noted as the 'Seller' on customs/duties paperwork for orders to the EU that are valued at €150 and Under.

General Product Availability: Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

Pre-Ordered Items: You may order a Pre-Order item to reserve your favorite item, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed on the product page. In rare instances, Pre-Ordered items may be subject to change due to delays. We try our hardest to notify all customers via email or social media with any date changes.

If your tracking is active (showing as in transit, delayed, etc.) and you would like more information on the progress of your order, we recommend that you contact the carrier directly. Carrier information can be found on your tracking email. You can reach out to us via email at [email protected] if you are having trouble locating the carrier.

Returned to Sender: In some cases, an order may be returned to us for the following reasons: Address was entered/formatted incorrectly at checkout. Order was not collected in time. Additional duties, taxes and other customs fees were left unpaid You will receive a refund for the items within your order once they are received back at our warehouse. Please note that we are unable to reship your order and cannot refund the original shipping charges with the exception of the order being returned to us due to an error on our part.

Cancellations: Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed by our fulfillment center, we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed. You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return and not a final sale item. Credit card companies may take up to 5 business days to return the payment back into your account. We ask that you check with your payment provider.
Order Changes/Updates: We are unable to change the items in an order, remove items, or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed. Please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to cancel your order. If the order has not left our fulfillment center yet, we will attempt to stop the shipment. If successful, we ask that you place a new order with the changes you wish to make.

We are excited to be partnering with Afterpay! Choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. To see if you're eligible, you will need your email, phone number, address, DOB, and debit/credit card handy—that’s it. If approved, you will make your first payment at time of purchase and the balance must be paid over the course of 6 weeks. There are no fees when you pay on time. And late fees are capped at 25% of the purchase price.

Afterpay returns are processed the same as any other return. The amount of your refund depends on how much you have directly paid Afterpay for that specific order.
